Refund Policy

At "Toby Loveland Photo" , we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of custom-made products, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Custom Orders

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Custom prints (including metal prints made from your photos)

  • Apparel with custom artwork

  • Any product personalized or made-to-order

Once a custom order has been printed or produced, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Description of the issue

We’ll review the claim and offer a replacement or partial refund if eligible.

3. Standard Products (if offered)

If you purchase a non-custom product (e.g., a standard t-shirt or print), you may return it within 14 days in unused, original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. We will notify you via email when your refund is processed.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is approved but hasn’t appeared:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Then email us for follow-up
